Wesley J. Rustin, Sr.

MILFORD—Wesley J. Rustin, Sr., 96 passed away peacefully October 7, 2026 at his residence. He was born March 22, 1930 in Milford the son of Charles and Inez (Weymouth) Rustin.

Wesley proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a very hardworking man, working in the autobody repair industry for many years. He set an extraordinary example of 75 years of marriage to this true love and loyalty to his beloved wife Mary who predeceasd him on August 19, 2026.

He was a loving and devoted father to his four children Debbie Forsing, Belva Hamlin, Wesley Rustin Jr and Dale Rustin and loving father-in-law to Michelle LaBree Rustin; a proud grand father and great grandfather. He loved family activities; enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons Wes and Dale, teaching them many valuable skills, He enjoyed motorcycling, dancing, ice skating, rollerblading and cross country skiing. He adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his son Dale.

He will be forever loved, remembered and dearly missed.
