Vina Hazel Thibeault, 75, peacefully passed away following a lifelong illness on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. She was born on July 21, 1951, in Fort Kent to Ethel (Gorneault) and Albert Thibeault.

Vina was predeceased by both of her parents, Albert and Ethel; and her brother, Vernon Thibeault.

She is survived by her son David Hayward of Bangor; her siblings Lisa Bates of Greenbush, and Sidney and his wife Cheryl Thibeault of Brownville; her aunt Jeanette Daniels of Eagle Lake; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and other various loved ones.

There will be a graveside service in her honor on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 10:30am at St Joseph Cemetery in Old Town.
