Timothy W. Gould, 64, of Old Town, Maine, passed away suddenly on June 29, 2025, just shy of his 65th birthday. Born on July 8, 1960, Tim was a dedicated public servant, a loving husband and father, and a friend to many.
Tim proudly served his community for nearly four decades in law enforcement. His distinguished career included service with the Orono Police Department, Penobscot Nation Police Department, and as the Penobscot Nation Game Warden Supervisor. He was known for his integrity, leadership, and unwavering commitment to keeping others safe.
Outside of work, Tim found joy in the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and had a deep appreciation for firearms, both as a collector and enthusiast. He especially loved spending time with his two miniature schnauzers, Otis and Wilson, and was rarely seen without a warm smile and his signature greeting, "Hey Bud."
He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Julie Gould; his sons and best friends, Timothy M. Gould and his wife Alexa, and Nicholas Gould; his mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Kimball; and his sister, Donna Kimball Jackson and her husband Robert. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Sharon LaFlamme, brothers-in-law Michael LaFlamme and wife Denise, Jim LaFlamme and wife Linda, and Stephen LaFlamme and wife Carrie, along with many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory. Tim was predeceased by his father-in-law and dear friend, William "Bill" LaFlamme.
A celebration of Tim's life will be held on what would have been his 65th birthday, July 8, 2025, 6-8PM at Birmingham's Funeral Home. All who knew and loved him are welcome to attend and share stories of his life, laughter, and legacy.
