BRADLEY - Starr Stuart, 55, loved deeply by all who knew her, passed Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center surrounded by friends and family after a brief illness with bladder cancer. She was born November 26, 1963 in Mars Hill a daughter of Donald and Corelene (Cousins) Holmes. To all who knew her Starr was a bright, loving and happy woman who loved working with children with special needs and was most at home with her toes in the sand and waves washing over her feet. She is survived by her husband and soul mate of 33 years, Gary: "the boot to her stockin"; her son Michael; grandchildren Natalie and Arik; her mother Corelene; sisters Jan, Donna, Gloria, Danielle; brothers Bill, Guy, Donald, Joseph, and C.P.; many nieces and nephews; as well as many friends she held as dearly as family. She was predeceased by her father Donald Holmes. A celebration of life gathering will be held 2-4PM Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main Street, Old Town.
