IN LOVING MEMORY OF

Scott

Webber

June 15, 1961 – July 23, 2025

Obituary

Scott Alan Webber, husband of Lori Page Webber, moved into eternity with his Lord and Savior on July 23, 2025. Scott was born in Portland, ME, on June 15, 1961, to Richard Webber and Mary (Sanborn) Webber. He grew up in Connecticut and moved to Stetson, ME, at the age of 12. He loved anything with a motor and could fix anything he set his mind to. Scott and Lori were married on November 5, 1982. Scott worked alongside his dad in the construction business, where he took pride in his work and found quiet satisfaction in the cab—surrounded by the steady noise of the machine, but at peace in the solitude it offered. He discovered a lifelong love of stock car racing after being introduced to the sport by his best friend, Gary Bellefleur. The two were inseparable at the track and in the garage, sharing a passion for racing that ran deep. Scott was always willing to lend a hand or share what he knew, especially if it meant helping someone keep their car on the track. Gary and his wife Melodie became like family—a bond that continued even after Gary's passing over a decade ago. Melodie, along with their children Joe and Cassie, remains an important part of the Webber family's life. Scott is survived by his wife, Lori; his father, Richard "Dick" Webber; his son, Steven Webber, and wife Lexi (daughter-in-love); and his grandsons, Benjamin, Dominic, and Jordan. He is also survived by his son Nicholas and daughters Kara, Brittany, and Ruana. He leaves behind his father-in-law, Donald Page; sisters-in-law Holly and husband Clarance, Dawn and husband Nick, and Karen; along with many nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved deeply and would help at a moment's notice with anything they needed. Scott was predeceased by his mother, Mary; his mother-in-law, Midge; and brothers-in-law Wayne and Kenny. A simple graveside service will be conducted at Clark Hill Cemetery in Stetson, ME, on Saturday, August 2nd at 11:00 a.m. Immediately following the service, there will be a gathering at the Stetson Union Church, 1059 Mullen Rd, Stetson, Maine. The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Levant Fire and Rescue. Scott is missed; we take comfort in knowing we will see you again. "I love you more, Honey."
