Reginald F. Boober passed away in his sleep May 18, 2021. He was a man of his word. He worked for Cyr Bus Line in Old Town for many years as a motor coach driver. He leaves behind his wife, Linda Boober of Alton; three daughters, Melissa Boober of Alton, Susan Boober and Patti of Bangor, and Tina Boober of Alton; his mother, Lucille Boober of Bangor; brother, Matthew Boober and wife, Betty of Carmel; sister, Ann Tracy and husband, Ellery of Hermon; two half-brothers, Gregory Boober of Eddington, Ronald Boober and wife, Audrey of Mississippi; aunt, Margene Hicks of Virginia; brothers in law James Gallant and wife, Kathy of Ohio and Joe Gallant, Jr. and partner, Sharon of Lewiston and Gray; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his best friend Kevin Pleasant of Alton and his daughter's boyfriend, Jason of Massachusetts. He was predeceased in 1998 by his father, Reginad F. Boober Sr, formerly of Bangor. A celebration of his life will be held 11am-2pm, Wednesday, August 4th, at Glad Tidings Church, 1033 Broadway, Bangor.
