Old Town – Mary "Ann" (Levesque) Buck, 87, Mary, daughter of Joseph A. Levesque and Cecelia M. (Vineo) Levesque of French Island, Old Town, passed away on February 27, 2025.
"Ann" graduated from the first class of the "new" Old Town High School, class of 1956. She worked in many different jobs, Milford Tasty Freeze, The Shoe Shop, The Five and Dime and Grants before marrying her husband, Herbert E. Buck, Sr. They married on July 14, 1956. Together, they raised four children, Sharon, Rhonda, Herbert and Lynne.
Ann was an active volunteer for her children's schools, her church and her community. She worked for many years as a cook for Old Town High until she retired.
In addition to her parents, Ann was also predeceased by her husband, Herbert "Sonny" Buck; her siblings, Irene and Charles; her son-in-law, John and many sisters-in-law's and brother-in-law's, Aunts and uncles.
Ann is survived by her children and their partners; her grandchildren, Nick, Jarod, Koury, Adam, Brad, Whitney, Elise and Sabrina, along with their partners, her companion for many years, Lloyd King and many nieces and nephews.
Per Ann's request, there will be no formal services.
