Old Town – Marcia C. Osborne, 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at her home in Old Town. Marcia was born in Old Town on November 8, 1945, the daughter of Louis and Alma (Rustin) Roy.
A Graveside service for Marcia will be held at Lawndale Cemetery, Stillwater Ave. Old Town, on August 18, 2023, at 1PM.
