Bradley - Leroy (Bud) Smith, 86, passed away on April 9, 2024. He was born in Bradley on February 26, 1938, the son of Laurie (Bud) and Albertina (Guay) Smith. Leroy graduated from John Bapst High School in 1956. On August 6,1960, he married his lifetime partner, Ann (Thibault) and together they had two children. They spent 63 wonderful years together. He worked faithfully for several companies until retiring from James River in 2000. After retirement, he joyfully volunteered many hours to the service of the Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord, as well as helping others. He was always willing to lend a hand to family and friends or a good cause. Leroy is predeceased by his parents, his sister Laura King and a brother Harold Smith. He is survived by his wife, Ann; his son and daughter in law Bob and Marsha Smith, and daughter, Cathy; two granddaughters; two great grandchildren; his brother and sister in law, Vic and Mary Smith; his sister and brother in law, Mary and James King and sister-in-law Peggy Smith. Friends and family may call on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 2-4PM at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord, St. Ann's Catholic Church, 84 Main St., Bradley on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 10AM.
