Laureen M.T. Moors OLD TOWN—Laureen Moors, 76, passed away peacefully November 19, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born October 22, 1945 in Medford, Massachusetts, the daughter of Albert and Vera (Tierney) Berger. Laureen was a quiet, hardworking person who didn't like her picture taken. Hence, the picture. She worked along side her husband, Ken, for over 30 years in their insurance business. She is survived by her husband Ken, two sons Chad Moors and Benjamin Moors; special grandchildren Forest and Flynn Moors and their mother Megan Moors; and one four legged furry family member Izzy; sister Maureen and many nieces, nephews, and one special cousin Phyllis. She was predeceased by her mother and father, brothers Albert, Paul, John, and Peter and sister Elaine. A celebration of her life will be conducted outdoors, Summer of 2022 Private interment will be at Lawndale Cemetery, Old Town. A very special thank you to all the staff, nurses, and doctors at St. Joseph Hospital who did their best to make her well and then keep her comfortable in her final hours. In lieu of flowers or memorial contributions she would want you to think positive thoughts and do a good deed.
