Ethel I. (Ricker) Pooler, 99, passed away peacefully January 23, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born in Pittston, daughter of Walter and Maybelle (Beckwith) Ricker. Ethel was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and Old Town Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald L. Pooler; son, Ronald H. Pooler; son in law, Theodore “Ted” Pomeroy; as well as four of her beloved siblings. Ethel is survived by her daughter, Diane (Pomeroy) Martin and husband, David; grandchildren, Ronald C. Pooler and his wife, Shannon and Steven Pooler; great grandchild, Peyton Pooler; and dear friend, Betty Peasley, and neighbors David and Phyllis Thibodeau.
