Lincoln – David Lawrence Dube, 30, passed away unexpectedly, May 11, 2024. David graduated from PVHS, Howland, class of 2012. He attended NPT region III in Lincoln, where he took heavy equipment and went to skills USA competition. He worked as a truck mechanic for W.T. Gardner and Thornton construction and was currently employed as a crane operator at Gardner chip mill in Lincoln, where he was enjoying his new job. David had a huge heart and would do anything for anybody. He had a very special bond with his grandparents, even taking care of his Gram "Nini" for the last 10 years. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, backcountry snowmobile riding, and spending time with his son, whom he loved very much. David's favorite place was Eagle Lake, where he loved to go anytime he could. David is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Melinda Dube of Enfield; his sister, Kayla, and Steven of Passadumkeag; his son, Jacob Dean; many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. As well as Godfather, David Neal, and godmother Barbara Markie. David was predeceased by his grandparents, Clarence and Joan Neal and Lionel and Mary Jane Dube and a cousin, Jacob Neal, who his son is named after. A celebration of life for family and friends will be at a later date.
