Corinne Campbell Gordon passed away November 1, 2023 at the age of 102, surrounded by family at an Orono healthcare facility. She was born September 10, 1921 in Orono daughter of the late Robert and Frances (Bartlett) Campbell. After graduating from Brewer High School in 1939 and Beals College she worked as an X-ray technician. She later became a biological technician for the U.S. Department of Agriculture where she worked until retirement. While there she co-published papers on potato-infesting aphids. Corinne was married to Harry F. Gordon Sr. who preceded her in death. She is survived by many people who loved her dearly including her children, her grandchildren, one sister, and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1pm, Monday, November 6, 2023 at Lawndale Cemetery, Stillwater Avenue, Old Town with Rev. Brad Morin offering committal prayers.
