Brian D. Bentley

ORONO- Brian D. Bentley, 57, died unexpectedly October 18, 2025 at a local hospital. He was born December 4, 1967 in Oceanport, NJ A son of Ernie and Betty Lou (Hadamuscin) Bentley.

Brian loved his family with every ounce of his being. He didn’t need the riches of the world — his happiness came from life’s simple moments: a good meal, a favorite song, or time spent with the people he loved most: his family . He had a heart of gold and was always putting others before himself. Country music filled his days, and he enjoyed a good football game or wrestling match. Cooking was one of his greatest joys, and he shared that love through every meal he prepared. Brian’s kindness, laughter, and generous spirit will be forever missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.

He is survived by his loving family: wife Heather Bentley; three children Brian Bentley II, Dakota Bentley and his wife Lillian, and Mariah Bently; 10 greandchildren Clara, Noel, Damien, Cody, Dakota Jr., Hazel, Payton, Maliki, Miracle, and Leamon IV; siblings Kimberly Mills and her husband Robert, Melissa Bentley, Ernie Barrios, and Haley Bentley; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents.
