Bertha Esther Quimby, 93, of Old Town, passed away peacefully at her residence, The Meadows, on Friday, May 19, 2017. She was born, January 7, 1924, to Jerry and Leona Jordan in Old Town.

Bertha is survived by her sister, Ella Tedwell of Utah; and a special adopted daughter, Alveine Laliberte of Stetson. Alveine would like to thank Nancy, Sue and the staff of The Meadows, Dr. Patricia and Darlene; as well as St. Joseph’s Hospice. A remembrance will be held, 1pm, Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at The Meadows, in honor of Bertha.
