Adam Lee Collamore, 39, of Milford, passed away on March 23, 2024. He was born on December 29, 1984, to the parents of Allan and Brenda (Cyr) Collamore. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Alicia Collamore; his niece, Jayla Forsing; grandmother, Judy (Burr) Cyr and many aunts and uncles.
Adam was loved for his sense of humor, compassion, and selflessness. His quirky personality made him easy to love.
He was incredibly active. He enjoyed many things including working tirelessly with his hands and tinkering. Carpentry, sharing knowledge, and solving complicated problems were some of his many passions. He enjoyed venturing into the woods, his knowledge of the woods was uncanny, and he enjoyed sharing his adventures with others.
Adam prided himself on being willing to give anyone a helping hand and sharing his knowledge and experiences.
Adam was also a lifelong student, always looking to better himself and learn whatever he could. He thoroughly enjoyed reading about the New England teams and reading ball players' stats. And a good cookbook could be found on his reading list. He was always striving for the perfect best sweet treat.
Adam's number one goal in life was to see others be happy and if you were around Adam and he could sense something was wrong, it truly bothered him. He would do anything, even at his own expense, to make sure he either cheered you up or at least tried to make you smile. His laughter was infectious. Adam will always be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, his laugh, conversations and for his unending love for his family, friends, and people in general.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Victor Cyr and Leon and Theresa (Gifford) Collamore and his cousin, Brady Crocker and his great grandmother Marjorie (Costigan) Burr. They loved him unconditionally.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 10AM-1PM at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, ME. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
